When you reach out to us: If you fill out our contact form because you're planning a new space, a renovation, or just want to talk furniture, we collect the information you share. Things like your name, email, phone number, company, and the details of what you're working on are collected via this form. We use HubSpot to manage these conversations and keep track of what matters to you, so our team can follow up quickly and stay on top of the details. 

When you browse our site: Like most websites, ours automatically picks up some technical information when you visit, including your approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you look at, and how you found us. We use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand this activity so we can keep improving the site and make sure it's showing up for the people who visit it.  

Behind the scenes: Our site is built on Squarespace, which hosts our site and handles some of the technical and security work that keeps things running smoothly. Squarespace may collect limited technical data as part of that. 

Cookies 

We use cookies, small files stored in your browser, to keep the site running well, understand how people use it (Google Analytics), and support our contact form and follow-up communications (HubSpot). You are always in control. Most browsers let you limit or block cookies, though some site features may not work as well if you do. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. 

How We Use What We Collect

• Ask us what information we have about you 

• Ask us to correct or delete it 

• Unsubscribe from our emails anytime (there's a link at the bottom of every email) 

• Opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out tool 

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. Just reach out and we'll make sure you get what you're entitled to. 

How Long We Keep It 

We hold onto information for as long as it's useful for the reasons above, generally until you ask us to remove it, or until it's no longer needed for the project or relationship it was tied to. 

Keeping It Secure 

We rely on the security built into Squarespace, Google Analytics, and HubSpot, along with our own best practices, to keep your information safe. While no system is completely secure, protecting your information is important to us. 

A Note on Kids 

Our site isn't built for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
