Our Team

A strong project management approach is the foundation of the encompas process. We intentionally hire degreed interior designers, architects, interior architects, engineers, and similarly trained professionals (not sales associates) so our team truly understands the design and construction process. Together, our team has a wealth of knowledge on coordinating complex interiors projects from planning through installation, and continue to support clients throughout the life of their space as needs evolve.

Across our three showrooms in Kansas City, Omaha, and Wichita, we have more than 20 interior designers on staff. To streamline installation, we operate our own installation company, encompas Installation Company (eIC), based in North Kansas City, and work alongside additional local installation teams — large and small — whenever needed.

We also collaborate closely with Haworth, our preferred manufacturer, along with a network of trusted contractors, consultants, furniture manufacturers, and representatives — all working together to bring commercial interior projects to life.
