Our Team

We’re a crew of degreed interior designers and trained professionals who understand the design and construction process. We strive to be trusted design stewards, protecting and supporting our clients’ and architecture and design partners’ goals from beginning to end.

Project management is foundational to our process and how we work efficiently as a team. Encompas has more than 20 Project Managers on staff across our Kansas City, Omaha, and Wichita offices. We collaborate closely with Haworth, our preferred manufacturer, and a network of trusted contractors, consultants, and additional manufacturers to deliver meaningful solutions for commercial spaces. And, to streamline the installation process, we offer our own in-house services through Encompas Installation Company, and work alongside local teams as needed, too.
