encompas announces 2026 leadership promotions across its workplace design and commercial furniture team, highlighting growth, collaboration, and continued commitment to clients.

As encompas continues to grow, so does our team.

We’re excited to announce the promotion of several teammates into new leadership roles across the organization. Each individual brings a unique perspective, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit that strengthens our dealership’s momentum. Their leadership will help shape our work as a commercial furniture partner for clients across multiple sectors—including workplace design, higher education, government, healthcare, and multi‑use environments.

New Leadership Updates

In Q1 of 2026, encompas elevated the following team members into new leadership roles:

Strengthening Regional Presence

Serving as Kansas City Market Director, Ian Crawford joined encompas in 2023, bringing leadership experience from the arts and nonprofit sectors. In his previous role as Project Lead, he managed a diverse client portfolio and contributed to several high-profile projects across the region.

Joining him in market leadership, Heather Siefer steps into the role of Wichita Market Director as she celebrates more than 14 years with encompas. With her added experience in the architecture and design industry, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge that continues to support both clients and our Wichita team.

Together, Ian and Heather will continue working across encompas’ Kansas City and Wichita markets to support business development, strengthen relationships, and build trust throughout the region.


Design, Brand, and Team Experience

Now stepping into the role of Design Director, Brandy Foust will lead internal initiatives focused on innovation, quality, and team development. Since joining encompas in 2021, she has excelled in both project and account management roles and has consistently supported her clients and teammates.

Also joining encompas in 2021, Carole Ollivierre—now Communications and Brand Director—quickly became a driving force for the marketing team. By immersing herself in architecture, design, and construction industry knowledge, Carole has played an integral role in the firm’s expanded reach and strategic growth.

Matt Dunaway

Installation Leadership

Supporting quality and consistency in execution, Matt Dunaway has been promoted to Installation Director after serving as Installation Manager at encompas Installation Company (eIC). With more than 20 years of experience in commercial furniture installation, Matt has led a disciplined team of installers and contributed to significant growth and national recognition within the division.

 

Assuming Matt’s previous role as Installation Manager, Travis Nishikawa brings an impressive 15 years of experience, and for much of his career, has held the position of Lead Installer for many high profile and complex projects. Consistently recognized for his friendly personality, and commitment to quality and professionalism, Travis’s involvement is key to the trajectory of growth at eIC.

Continued Growth in Architectural Interiors

Austin Evans has been named Project Lead, focusing on architectural interiors and demountable partitions. Since joining encompas in 2019, he has demonstrated a strong affinity for technical detail and has built trusted relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and clients through his collaborative and disciplined approach.
