CRB is a leading provider of sustainable engineering, architecture, construction, and consulting solutions to the global life sciences and advanced technology industries. When they came to us, their main challenge was to create an environment that matched their mission. They needed more collaboration and amenity spaces to encourage relationship building and communication across their two floors of office space. It was important that we help them open up their floor plate to better collaborate, optimize daylight, and enhance their views. A unique thing about CRB is several of their leadership do not have private offices, as they want to remain incredibly accessible to their staff. Even the CEO opens up his office as a meeting room when he is travelling.
